Does the Original Wildwood Bag have a closure or pockets?

The Original Wildwood Bag has an open top and an easy-to-reach outside pocket for your phone, keys, wallet, and sunglasses. Prefer a little extra security? A magnetic snap can be added through our Bag Spa.

Will my leather look exactly like the photos?

Your bag will be beautifully, naturally yours. Full-grain leather may have subtle variations in color, grain, and texture. These are part of the hide’s character, not flaws. As you carry your bag, the leather will soften and develop a richer patina that tells the story of everywhere it has been with you.

What if I choose the wrong bag or size?

We want you to absolutely love your Wildwood. Unused and undamaged merchandise with the original tags may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. If you are deciding between two styles or sizes, text us before ordering and we’ll give you our honest recommendation.

When will my Wildwood arrive?

Orders typically ship within two to three business days. If you select a custom rope length, please allow an additional three to five business days. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your Wildwood is on the way.
