Our Spa Process

We welcome your bag into our beautiful sanctuary with four simple steps:

Step 1: Select your service and checkout.

Step 2: Mail your bag back to us and use this pre-spa checklist:

• Inspect your pockets and shake your bag to remove personal items or debris.
• Go eco-friendly if possible! We recommend wrapping your WO bag in a paper bag and using any shipping box you previously received. You don’t need to include bubble wrap or ship your bag flat; you can fold it up and put it in a smaller box.
• Make sure that the box is sealed.
• Mail to:
  Wildwood Oyster Co.
  177 High Street
  Portland, Maine 04101

Step 3: Once we receive your bag, you can expect your bag to be in the spa for about a week. (We wish we could all be that lucky!)

Step 4: When your bag is ready, we will be in touch with a shipping confirmation for you to follow its journey home. You are also welcome to pick up your bag at our Designer Showroom in Portland, Maine.
