If that's you, good news: Wildwood Oyster Co.  is hiring an Assistant Manager to join our growing team.


Our Executive Assistant is like the grease to Wildwood Oyster Co.’s machine. On a daily basis, you’ll be delighting our customers with your awesome customer service skills, packing ecommerce orders, managing inventory, keeping the stock room tidy, among other duties. We are a busy team and we need an Assistant Manager to make sure we are delighting our customers and someone is thinking one step ahead of us!


We don't just want you to be organized and friendly (though you should be both). We need you to be proactive and ready to connect with each and every customer and vendor.


And, the single most important duty: make sure we have happy customers!


The way we see it, you shouldn't have to choose between a great workplace and a successful, motivated team.

Customer Service

  • Respond to customer inquiries on the website, social media, text, and email
  • Facilitate returns and exchanges
  • Check in with wholesale customers and draft orders
  • Pack ecommerce orders and coordinate shipping with UPS and USPS

Inventory and Stock Room Management

  • Document sales by product and customer each month
  • Keep accurate inventory of finished products and parts
  • Identify and reorder low inventory supplies as needed

Administrative

  • Marketing/event support
  • Update products on the website as needed
  • Office support
  • Digital document management
  • Organize team events 4x a year
